Drop a PDF or photo into the Document Inbox. Atlas reads it, links it to the right equipment and files it. 135 documents on file.
Report / tell us when to prepare for calibration

Draft email for humans to send out to get quotes
Atlas groups due items by vendor and drafts the quote request. A person reviews, edits and clicks Send.

2. Expiry of passes and certs

Vehicle entry passes

Training certs
5 training certs need refresher courses.
Any other certs

3. Maintenance of equipment (crane, compressor, fire system)

Manage invoices, certs and docs we feed in
Every crane, compressor and fire system has its own history, documents and spend total. 4 items need action.
Compile info when we need
Ask Atlas in plain English, e.g. "Compile CR-01 service history with invoice total". Works on web and Telegram.
Advise on expiry date, remind to arrange
Daily Telegram digest and email reminders, starting at each item's lead time.
